All used items are sold with a 1 month warranty (Unless stated otherwise)
Should a problem appear up, BassX has to be notified in writing within 1 month (or the timeframe of the warranty) of purchase for the customer to exercise that warranty right.
To claim warranty rights the customer will have to provide videos, pictures. Video meeting through Skype or FaceTime is possible too.
Should a bass get damaged in transit, BassX has to be notified ASAP in writing with pictures and all necessary documentation.
BassX will cover all costs to repair and put the instrument back in working order.
Customer is not allowed to carry out repairs without prior agreement from BassX. All repairs done without agreement will not be covered.
Warranty will not cover any damage resulting from negligent use.
BassX doesn’t consider uneven frets as a defect on a vintage bass. Fret leveling will not be covered by warranty.
All sales within the EU can be returned at customers cost within 14 days of purchase. The customer will then be issued a full refund without questions asked. BassX has to be notified via email before the end of these 14 days. All instruments must be returned in original packaging and in the same condition as it arrived. You will be issued a full refund (shipping cost to you will be deducted).
The difference in shipping costs that can occur from country to country is possible therefor are all prices without shipping, unless stated otherwise. Please inquire for your shipping quote.
BassX accepts purchase by installments. Should a customer miss pre agreed dates and amounts, BassX reserves the right to put the item back on sale and all money paid by customer is nonrefundable. Those sales are final.
A deposit of minimum 1500DKK – 200EUR is required upon depositing a bass or ordering one (if not stated otherwise).
All deposits are nonrefundable.
There is a two year warranty (if not statted otherwise) on new items sold in the EU. Please do not hesitate to get in touch if a problem should arise.
Any customer wishing to use Paypal will have to add Paypal Fees of 6% upon agreeing with BassX about that prior to purchase.
All payments are done in Euro. BassX is not responsible for conversion rate given by banks.
BassX will take care of selling your bass for a commission of 20%. Any consignment sale is sold with no VAT. BassX is effectively only a middle person on a private sale.
Due to EU laws the 1st owner of the bass will be paid after 14 days.
BassX isn't responsible for delivery times or delays caused by the shipping companies.
BassX is not responsible for musicians individual setup cost on any gear.
All custom orders are final. No return will be accepted for those.
Customer is responsible for reading these T&C's.
BassX is not responsible for import duties and taxes nor if anything happens during importing process. All importing process is clients responsibility.
Sales of special or custom order (not in stock) items are final.
